Order and Return Policiy

If you need to cancel your order please contact us by eMail. Please include the order number of the order that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. It is not possible to cancel partial orders (i.e. single items from an order consisting of several items). You must cancel the entire order and place a fresh order, if you wish to receive only certain items from the initial order.

You can cancel any order within eight days after we have received it and you can return items from a cancelled order within fifteen days after they have been
delivered to you in their original packing. We recommend you are sending them by registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for the products until they reach our warehouse. Returns that are dispatched later than the stipulated periods will be considered to be executed under our money back guarantee which will disallow you to place any further orders.

In any case shall you bear the shipping costs for delivery and return of any cancelled order once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, unless we instruct you otherwise.

Modifiying an Order

If you have already completed an order and wish to add (an) additional item(s) to your order, you can either cancel the initial order (see above) and order afresh or you can place a second order, before the initial order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please observe our timings for order processing and contact us by eMail stating the order numbers of both orders, if you would like to have the two orders combined into one shipment. We will then refund you one handling charge and any occurring difference in shipping.

Please note: if your order has already been processed and dispatched, you may not be able to modify it.
