Shipping fees and procedures

Please note: All Orders are shipped from Switzerland.

As a general rule we use Swiss Priority Mail to ship our orders, if normal mail service into your country is possible. Because courier services from Switzerland are expensive and as shipping by Swiss postal service is usually fast and reliable, we prefer to ship all orders by letter post. However - no rule without exceptions - if you insist on receiving your shipment by courier, we can send it by Urgent Mail (Postal Courier), DHL, UPS or FedEX (whichever is convenient for your destination) under the condition that you pay for the actual charge. In this case you choose the shipping oprtion "by Courier" during the checkout process, so no shipping charges are added to your cart. After finalizing the order, you will receive an eMail from us stating the exact amount for courier charges and payment instructions (payable by PayPal). Your order will remain on hold and only after you have settled this charges will we be able to dispatch your order.

All shipping charges for shipment outside of Switzerland and the principality of Liechtenstein are calculated on the net weight of your order with a flat fee of CHF 4.-- for handling and packaging added. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are free, but subject to the same handling and packaging charge.

Please note: if you are not sure about reliability of postal service in your area, we recommend you opt for the tarif "by registered mail". This will add a fee of CHF 6.-- for dispatching your order by registered mail. Please understand that we will not be liable for delivery of goods, once we have delivered them into the charge of Swiss Post.

duties and taxes

Some countries charge additional import duties and taxes based on type and value of consignement. You will be responsible for these should they occur.

Processing time

Orders arriving us before 2pm Mondays to Fridays Swiss time will be shipped the same day. Orders arriving after 2pm Swiss time Mondays to Thursdays will be shipped the next day. Orders arriving after 2pm Swiss time Fridays or orders arriving on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. This rule applies for regular working days but can experience delays during public holidays, in which case orders will be shipped the next possible working day. In exceptional cases orders can also take one additional day, if products run out of stock and have to be called in from our manufacturing unit (e.g. unexpected high order volume on a given day).

Order status

You will receive an eMail from us confirming your order, as soon as your payment has been cleared by PayPal (usually instantly for verified PayPal accounts) and you will also receive a notification regarding your payment from PayPal stating amount and order particulars. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by email.

Lead time

Delivery tme depends on the processing speed of the postal services and the respective customs authorities.

Orders to Europe usually 3 days.
International orders usually 3 to 10 days dependent on destination.
