We have experienced some ongoing difficulties with our US based hosting provider over the recent months. SwissTesla.com suffered several glitches due to an increasingly unreliable and insecure server environment and incompetent IT support team at the data center. After several such occurrences and a very unprofessional handling of these instances, we have decided to move on...
Due to the discovery of a new server security breach last week we have decided to take the SwissTesla.com site offline quite unexpectedly. Although SwissTesla.com itself was not target of the attack, it was not safe to keep the service up in such an environment. We take the security of our site and user data very serious and did not want to take any unnecessary risk. Just as a sidenote: At SwissTesla.com we also do not store any credit card data from payments on our servers, as all transactions are handled securely by PayPal.
After shifting our entire operation to a reputed and reliable Swiss hosting provider with a high commitment to quality, performance and security we will now be able to serve our visitors again with an uninterrupted and secure experience and fast page loading time.
